This policy applies to the brand and content features of the CIDIAN website. Separate service channels use their own systems and privacy rules; their business data is not stored in the website database.
2. Information We Process
The website currently has no registration, login or online messaging features and does not request names, phone numbers or similar identifying details.
To diagnose faults and improve content, we may record necessary anonymous events such as pages visited, event types, general device information, referring pages and timestamps. We do not use this information to create personal profiles.
3. Retention
Anonymous events are retained for 90 days by default, then deleted or aggregated. Website content and usage data are stored in the separate database cidianGw, not in other business databases.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
The public website requires no login and uses no advertising-tracking cookies. Content-management credentials are restricted to authorised staff and are not available to website visitors.
Your language preference is stored in a functional cookie for one year. It is used only to remember Chinese or English, not for advertising tracking. The language in the URL always takes priority.
5. Third-Party Services
If you choose to visit another CIDIAN service or a third-party platform, its terms and privacy rules apply. The website identifies these external links.
6. Updates & Contact
